How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive within 5 to 10 days. You will get a tracking number by email once it ships.

Do you ship worldwide, and is it free?
Yes, we ship worldwide with free shipping on every order. Local customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags for store credit or exchange. Cash refunds apply only to faulty or incorrect items. Email info@kylieslabel.com to start.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Email info@kylieslabel.com within 6 hours of ordering, before it is processed or shipped. Cancellation refunds are issued as store credit.

How do your clothes fit?
Most pieces fit true to size, and our denim and sets have helpful fit notes. Check the size chart on each product page and size up if you are between sizes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Shopify's secure checkout, and your full card details are never stored.
