Refund & Return Policy — Kylies Label
Returns
All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returns will automatically be issued as Kylies Label Store Credit (this allows you to easily purchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size).

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Customers who have received product(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrect items are entitled to a full refund in the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Condition of Return
Please ensure returned items meet the following conditions:

Unworn & unwashed
-
All original tags attached
-
Returned in original packaging

No smell of perfume, deodorant, or washing powder
-
Shoes must be returned in their original box and tried on indoors only
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
A Store Credit will be issued so you can re-purchase a new item.

A $5 processing & handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you need an urgent exchange, we recommend purchasing the replacement size immediately and sending back your unwanted item. Once we receive it, we will issue your Store Credit.
Cancellations
We understand plans change. If you wish to cancel an order:

Requests must be made within 6 hours of placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued as Store Credit only.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it.
Please email us at info@kylieslabel.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping Protection Policy
At Kylies Label, we want you to feel confident about your purchase and delivery. We offer Shipping Protection as an optional add-on at checkout. This covers:

Lost Packages – Replaced or refunded.

Damaged Packages – Replaced at no extra cost.

Stolen Packages – Covered for replacement or refund.
Important: Shipping Protection must be added at checkout. If it wasn’t added, your order will not be covered.
To file a claim, please contact us with your order details and supporting evidence. Packages marked as delivered but not received are not covered by Kylies Label.
